Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms. TitanWorks Castro Valley Pool Care provides pool cleaning and maintenance services in Castro Valley, CA. These terms apply to all customers who schedule, book, or receive our services.
Services Provided
We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, equipment repairs, and more. Each service is performed by trained technicians according to industry standards.
Service schedules are confirmed at the time of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive during your scheduled time window. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is collected according to your billing cycle.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until your account is current. Late fees may apply to overdue balances.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial service periods.
Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians with safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and any necessary access codes.
If our technicians cannot access your pool at the scheduled time, the visit may be counted as completed, and you may be charged for the scheduled service.
Liability and Insurance
TitanWorks Castro Valley Pool Care carries general liability insurance for all work performed. We take great care with your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our services.
You are responsible for maintaining safe conditions around your pool area. Please notify us of any hazards, aggressive pets, or special conditions before our technicians arrive.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right at no additional charge.
Our guarantee covers workmanship and service quality. It does not cover issues caused by equipment failure, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.
Equipment and Parts
When we replace or repair pool equipment, we use quality parts and provide a warranty according to the manufacturer specifications. You will receive an estimate before any major repair work begins. Parts and equipment are billed separately from labor charges.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
